These terms and conditions apply to the following special offers:

Lease payments are based on a Non-Maintained Operating Lease with a 48-month lease term and 60,000 kms travelled in total.   

 

  1. The following services are included:  

          a. Roadside assistance   

          b. Maintenance management   

          c. Tyre management   

          d. Registration management   

          e. Road User Charges management  

          f. Fuel card management and discounts  

          g. Dedicated Account Manager   

          h. Fleet reporting  

          i. Kilometer variation management  

 

  1. The promotion does not include the following:   

    a. On road costs 

    b. Associated vehicle delivery costs where applicable  

    c. Vehicle accessories   

 

  1. Pricing shown excludes GST.  

 

  1. This promotion is subject to the following conditions:   

    a. Stock availability  

    b. Ability to source the vehicle via SG Fleet’s preferred supplier network  

    c. Signed quotation being received before the expiry date stipulated on the quote

    d. BYD Shark 6 Launch Edition and BYD Sealion 6 are available only for vehicles registered in June. Pricing is for white only, other colours incur an additional charge. 

     

 

  1. This promotion ends on 30 June 2025 unless withdrawn earlier by us updating this advertisement on this site.   

 

  1. In order to be eligible for this promotion, you  

    a. must mention this promotion during your initial contact with SG Fleet; must agree the contract terms for our Master Lease Agreement (available on request by emailing us at smallfleetnz@sgfleet.com);  

     

    b. Acknowledge and agree that:  

          i. You understand and accept these terms and conditions for the promotion;   

          ii. This promotion is available for business-to-business transactions only and that you have valid authority to bind the business entity and its directors to these terms and conditions;    

          iii. The weekly price recorded on this promotion is correct as at the date of this publication (10 June 2025) and may be subject to variations including but not limited to interest rate fluctuations, net purchase price variations from manufacturers and dealers, changes to Government imposed charges and taxes, the sourcing and availability of the vehicle and the prices of the related services via SG Fleet’s preferred supplier network during the term of the Lease.   

          iv. SG Fleet is not liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage or injury by any person in connection with this promotion;   

          v. SG Fleet’s decision as to your eligibility is determined at its sole discretion, and final;   

          vi. You consent to the terms of our privacy policy in terms of personal information and receiving promotional, marketing and any sales information and communications from us.
